We're so excited to meet you and work with you! Here are the steps to becoming a retailer with us:

1. Register your company with our website for wholesale access using the form below.
2. We'll review your application and get back to you within 24 hours with our wholesale login information. 
3. From there you can login to review collections and pricing and place an order. One of our sales gals will be in touch within a couple days to help you navigate through our website and write your first order. 
4. Once we have your order, we'll need a credit card authorization form or a credit application if you are requesting terms. You can print these out and email to us at info@maximalart.com or fax to 484-840-0659. *Please note: all accounts begin with credit card terms that include a 30% deposit on all orders. Exceptions to this can be requested.
