How to Order
Step 1. Add to cart and complete your purchase.
Step 2. You will receive a receipt via email with your order number. Use your order number to complete the questionnaire here (5-10 minute estimated completion time).
Note: The questionnaire will ask about your interests, life experiences, passions and other info. This will provide inspiration for John design of your bracelet.
Step 3. John will design a bracelet.
Step 4. Within 10 days, we will email you a photo of your unassembled bracelet for review. You will be able to change up to 3 charms.
Step 5. Upon approval, we will assemble and ship to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
