We are not exactly sure what you are referring too... as we sent you a picture for your approval. You didn't like a few of the charms so we changed per your request. We then sent you another picture with the updated charms with no response. We are happy to forward you all of the emails. If we receive no response within 48 hours then we have to ship the items as we are working on many bracelets for other customers.
