Return Policy

All returns must be authorized first via: info@johnwind.com
Custom and Limited Edition designs are all final sale and may not be returned.

Exchanges, store credit or refunds for qualified items must be postmarked for return within 15 days of their delivery date. Products must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached. John Wind Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our returns requirements.

Items that qualify for credit or refund will be processed once the piece has arrived back to our studio. If you would like a return label, we will send you one and deduct $8.00 USD from any return. This fee will be automatically deducted upon customer's refund amount. Returns take up to (10) business days to process from receipt of package at our studio. Please keep your return tracking information to ensure your package arrives at our studio.

International Orders are not eligible for our $8 USD return label fee. Return Shipping fees will be at the customer's expense.

NOTE:  Merchandise purchased from an alternate authorized John Wind/Maximal Art retailer, including websites or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Final Sale

All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.


Repairs

We will happily repair any product defects or reasonable wear and tear to your jewelry within one year of your purchase date. Please email us first with a picture to: info@johnwind.com

Once approved, please include your proof of purchase with the repair. Your one year warranty also covers return shipping charges!

After one year of wear, fees for labor, parts and postage will apply. Repair costs vary depending on the age and condition of the product. We will do our best to estimate the charges before we begin the work. If there is a charge for your repair, we will send you an invoice that you can complete online, and then we will begin your repair.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for repairs once received.
