Custom Charm Bracelet Plus

Alright folks, strap in for the wildest review of your life. This is my honest testimony and I am not a robot...since I bought this well thought of gift for my wife's 40th.

Is it real gold? Yes, its plated in gold. That was one of the things I checked on the website.

How is the quality? Really good actually. Its build a little stronger which is great coz these charms have weight to them.

Which is better, gold or silver? Both are really nice... although I prefer silver the gold has a nice tone to it and matches the bracelet itself. Silver is slightly more reflective as one would expect...and when I say slightly, I mean the difference has to be looked for intently.

Does the bracelet gold colour match the gold on the charms? yes, the golds match, which is continuous and classic.

Does it jingle jangle... yes very much so... and its lovely.

How is the build quality? Its really sturdy and well made... having said that, its best not to catch any charms or anything. The jump rings are thick and sturdy...not flimsy and easy malleable, thus no deformities are expected to occur.

How was shipping and the customer service? 13/10... its that good. The website says please allow 2-3 weeks to ship... It took mine a week...I'm a "typical" husband and I waited a week before my wife's birthday to start looking. I mean usually its a day or two before amazon cover it... but this was the big... hahaha no I'm not telling you how old my wife is... I know better than that... Lets just say she's half way to retirement...

Anyway... I put in the wrong email and when i noticed, I emailed the John Wind team and they emailed me write back with my order details to the correct email... less than 24 hours. They got the bracelet to me on the day of my wife's birthday... I may have mentioned the date but I truly don't recall... however it happened and I am giving the credit to the John Wind Team.

I have already sent this gift idea to my grandma, cousins, aunts, sister in law, Mother in law, etc. and everyone of them... LOVE IT... which is odd because most people are picky with jewelry but this artistic company seem to have something for everyone. A pizza slice charm... that's cool...

The first day i got this charm bracelet, the left wing of the butterfly charm fell out. Its cute but not worth $150 or however much it costs.

I just feel for the bracelet itself it isn’t heavy enough like I assumed for the price , it feels like a bracelet I would get off of SHEIN or Temu . So far it hasn’t tarnished and I have had it for almost a week
