Best of Philly!

Every August, Philadelphia Magazine celebrates the Best of Philly with a highly-anticipated issue that covers fashion, entertainment, sports, food (yes, cheesesteaks too), the arts, and more.  

Well, I’m excited and honored to share that this year yours truly was awarded ‘Best Artist’!  They specifically mentioned the recent commissioned boxes I’ve been making, transforming clients’ sentimental keepsakes into unique works of art.  

My art and jewelry are so closely related, both use vintage objects to tell stories with modern style, and I have always done both–each inspiring the other creatively. In fact, our custom charm bracelets are a variation on the theme of these commissions, but just easier to commission and more affordable to own.
